Thanks for the suggestion! That could very well be a part of the problem, and I’ve tried taking vitamin D supplements in winter off and on for years (it’s too damn cold here for me to realistically spend enough time outside with enough of me uncovered to get enough vit D that way), but I have a really hard time remembering to take supplements. I should def work at getting better at that.
